Information about the user/guest shall be kept confidential except where it may be necessary to confirm the genuineness of the user/guest’s identity for purposes of payment/receipt of funds or funds transfer or where it is requested by any regulation, statute, authority or government.

In case of any dispute of any nature including those related to errors in booking, confirmation, billing, service or any other manner whatsoever, the liability of The Hallery Resorts shall together not exceed the amount received from the user/guest at any time.
