House Rules

Information about the user/guest shall be kept confidential except where it may be necessary to confirm the genuineness of the user/guest’s identity for purposes of payment/receipt of funds or funds transfer or where it is requested by any regulation, statute, authority or government.

Dining Facilities

Our culinary offerings do not include pork, beef or alcohol.

Meals are served at the following times

  • Breakfast: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
  • Lunch: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
  • Dinner: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Special dietary requests can be accommodated; please inform our staff in advance.

Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-In: 12:00 PM
  • Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability, and charges may apply.

Activities

Scheduled activities are at the discretion of our team and are subject to weather conditions.

Alcohol Policy

We do not serve alcohol at our property. Guests are welcome to enjoy a tranquil and alcohol-free environment.

Room Policy

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.
  • Any damages caused to the property during your stay will be charged to your account.

Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner towards fellow guests, resort staff, the natural surroundings and maintain sanctity of the heritage structures and antiques in the property.
  • Any disruptive or unruly behaviour may result in eviction from the premises without refund.

Safety and Security

  • Help us conserve energy and water by turning off lights and faucets when not in use.
  • Please be mindful of the estate and the flora & fauna around that call Coorg their home.
  • Please be respectful to the heritage property, historical significance and antique curios and furnishings that belong to the family

Safety and Security

  • Guests are responsible for the security of their belongings. Please use the in-room safe for valuables.
  • Lock your room when leaving.
  • Report any suspicious activity to resort staff.

Children's Supervision

Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times.

Pets

Pets are not allowed on the premises.

Housekeeping

  • Daily housekeeping services are provided.
  • Report any issues or requests to the front desk.

Emergencies and Medical Assistance

In case of medical emergencies, contact the front desk immediately.
